Taylor Swift’s The Official Release Party of a Showgirl opened at No. 1 globally with an estimated $46 million weekend total.
The 90-minute film, released alongside her 12th studio album The Life of a Showgirl, earned $33 million in the United States and $13 million across 54 international territories. The surprise release, distributed through AMC Theatres rather than a traditional studio, marked Swift’s second collaboration with the chain following 2023’s Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, which grossed $261 million worldwide.
